Splash of grapefruit juice
1 shot green tea honey syrup (recipe below)
Shake and serve in a Coupe
Top with 1.5 shot of ginger beer
Garnish with ginger candy
Green Tea Honey Syrup
4 bags of Artemis Cicada Tea
1/2 cup Fat Head Farm Honey
1 cup water
Bring to a boil, remove tea bags
Cool and serve as syrup
